Welcome to Broadview Stables - the most prestigious riding academy in the United States, located in California's wild Sierra Nevada Mountains and run by Olympic rider turned rehab counselor, Kaylee O'Connor.

Currently:: Winter
Conditions:: The weather is nice and cold now. There is a light dusting of snow on the ground in shaded areas, and each passing day the temperature drops and snow clouds start to blow in. A blizzard is just around the corner and strong ropes connect each building to help you find your way if you need to get somewhere else once it blows in.
Temps:: low 10's to 40's
Changes:: December 31st

Broadview Stables.
	Ranch House This is were Broadview's owner, Kaylee, lives. The ranch house to two stories with three bedrooms, an office, a spacious kitchen, large living area, two bathrooms (one on each floor), and a large dining room were every one is welcome to come and eat. 	Rec Room The Rec Room is really more like a building. It's right up next to the main Ranch House. Inside of the building, there is three billiards tables in one corner of the room with a t.v. in another. On the back wall is a few couches. On the west well is a 'refreshments' counter with a soda machine and some different snack foods. 	Stallion Barn (3 sub-boards) Here is were all the geldings and stallions at Broadview are kept. The barn has a single wide aisle with stalls on both sides. Down the middle are evenly spaced cross ties. 	Horse Paddocks (3 sub-boards) These are were the horse paddocks are located. There is two public paddocks. one for mares and another for stallions; geldings can be put in either one. Placed around these two are four single horse paddocks. Each paddock as lush, green grass and plenty of water.	0	0
	Indoor Arena (2 sub-boards) The school's only indoor arena. It's very large and broken up into two sections. The eastern section is used for dressage while the western section is used for stadium jumping when the weather is bad.	0	0
	Outdoor Arenas (3 sub-boards) There are three outdoor arenas. The south arena, east arena, and west arena. The south, and largest, arena is used for cross country. The east arena is used for stadium jumping. The west arena for ground work.	0	0
Living Quarters.
	Stable Hand's Dorms (2 sub-boards) This is were the stable hand's live. Each 'dorm' is more like an apartment. Each has two rooms, a bath, kitchen, and a living area.	0	0
	Girl's Dorms (3 sub-boards) The girl's dorms are very much like an apartment building. Each 'dorm' has two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a living space.	0	0
	Guy's Dorm (2 sub-boards) The guy's dorms are very much like an apartment building. Each 'dorm' has two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a living space.	0	0
Surrounding Sierra Nevadas.
	Curry Village (6 sub-boards) Curry Village is the closest "town" to Broadview. Each weekend, the students are allowed to come down here for a few hours and just hang. The Village has a killer pizza joint, great trails, and a few other stores. Moderator: admin	0	0
	North Point Peak North Point Peak is the closest mountain peak to Broadview. The view from the top is amazing. During the summer, the academy takes many trail rides up its sides. Moderator: admin	0	0
